We collect as little as we can: the email address you give us for our newsletter and ticket news, and whatever you choose to send through the contact form. We don’t sell it, we don’t run ads, and we don’t use tracking or analytics cookies.
This site is run by Bohemian Carnival LLC for Bohemian Carnival, presented by The Soiled Dove and Vau de Vire Society. Questions about this policy go through the contact form on our Connect page.
Contact form: if you write to us, we receive your name, email address, phone number (only if you give one), the topic you pick and your message, and use them to reply.
Newsletter and ticket news: if you sign up on our homepage or in the “Get on our list” box, MailerLite stores your email address and we use it to send ticket news, event updates and our newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
We don’t ask for more than that, and we don’t buy or rent lists.
FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers the contact form to our inbox, and MailerLite runs our newsletter and ticket news list. Cloudflare hosts the site and, like any web host, briefly processes technical details such as your IP address to serve pages and block attacks. YouTube shows our videos and Google Maps shows the map to the venue. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.
When you buy tickets, you’ll do it on our ticket seller’s site, under their privacy policy.
We don’t set tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores two small preferences on your own device: your accessibility settings and whether you’ve dismissed the cookie notice. Neither is sent to us.
Video thumbnails come from YouTube, and the video on our homepage plays from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube and Google may set their own cookies when you play a video or open the map.
We keep your email address on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you, and contact messages for as long as we need them to help you.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to take you off our list, at any time through the contact form. Every newsletter will have an unsubscribe link.
Bohemian Carnival is a 21+ event and this site isn’t meant for anyone under 21. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
